I really love the way this works with the concept of “nine cups reversed as feelings”. I’ve used it in a few of my workshops for people to think about. I’ve also been reading a lot of books on the subject lately, which is why I’m now thinking of this technique as one of my very favorite ones.
I find the concept of reversed feelings very powerful. For me, the most important thing is that it is a mental exercise. When you use the nine cups method, you are actually playing with the feelings of your unconscious. This is something that works with a lot of people and helps them to relax into their conscious mind.
My workshop is actually a lot like a meditation. Im actually doing it every day, and it helps me to relax into my thinking and my emotions. I am actually reading a lot of books on the subject and watching a lot of youtube lectures too. I think Ive also been watching a lot of videos on the topic too.
The 9 cups method is based on the idea that when you use the nine cups, you shift your consciousness by giving a cup to each of the cups in turn. This works like a pendulum swing. When you get to the bottom, you can’t move right or left, your attention is on the cups. As you do this, you are letting go of certain parts of your consciousness, and you get to let go of other parts of your consciousness too.
The idea here is that if you put nine cups together, you would be able to shift to a new consciousness. In an interview with the creator of the 9 cups method, Jeff Lemire, he said: “The idea of the nine cups is that you can shift your consciousness to any of the cups you chose at any given time.
As a result, you can move from one consciousness to another, and from one part of your consciousness to another. However, it is also possible that once you’ve done this, you might not be able to go back to a previous point of consciousness from which you woke up. This means that while it’s possible that you could get through the experience of becoming a new person, it is not necessarily possible to go back to a previous point in time.
One of the best things about the experience of dreaming is the feeling of getting back to your previous point of consciousness. This is the same feeling you get when you wake up from a nap and feel refreshed and refreshed. This is also how you remember things in a dream. The best thing about dreaming is that you can go to any point in time and just wake up and go back there. This is a much stronger feeling than just taking a nap.
I like to think of taking a nap as waking up from a dream. But it’s also the feeling of going back to your previous point of consciousness when you’re asleep. The dream doesn’t stay with you in your body as a feeling because it’s more like a memory. The thought of going to sleep after having a dream is usually more painful than the waking up.
This is why dreaming is the perfect time to play around with the dream state. The dream state is like being in a movie theater when the lights are dimmed and the movie starts. You can see the picture the movie is in, and that is all that is needed to know youve not just seen a movie. When you go to sleep you dont see the picture youre not in a movie theater anymore, you are in a bedroom.
But the problem with dreaming is that you have to wake up just as you are about to go to sleep. Sleep is a transitional state, and a lot of our waking experiences come from dreaming. This includes our dreams, but also our waking moments, like the moment you wake up from a dream.
