The best thing about self-awareness is that it means you realize your true nature just by watching yourself and observing your actions. It is a mental exercise that is also a physical one and you can get pretty good at it as well. It is easy to get carried away with self-awareness in general, but it is so much more difficult to take the time to really appreciate yourself when you are fully conscious of yourself.
I’m sure there are lots of other things you can do to exercise self-awareness as well. You can take time to read about yourself, watch movies about yourself, write about yourself, or actually have a conversation with yourself. All of these can be very valuable tools for improving your self-awareness.
So what if you are a male Aquarius? Do you still need to be self-aware? Not really. All it takes is a bit of self-reflection. The best advice I have ever received for improving my self-awareness was to stop and think about things for a moment. I was asked recently by a friend how to improve my self-awareness, and I told him that it was a good idea to just stop and think about things for a moment.
It’s also important to realize the difference between self-awareness and self-monitoring. Self-monitoring refers to the act of monitoring your own behavior and habits. Self-awareness is the act of being able to observe your own thoughts, feelings, and actions.
It’s a good, simple idea, but it doesn’t always work. Sometimes it’s better to just go on autopilot.
Mindfulness is the act of noticing when you are having an emotion or thought, in order to take a pause from it before continuing. If you’re mind is in a particular mode and you don’t notice it, you might end up in a place where it takes over.
I like to think that our ability to observe our own thoughts and reactions is one of the things that makes us human. Self-awareness is the ability to notice when we are in a particular mode and not noticing it is the first step to breaking out of that mode. I like to think of it as the ability to “watch” my own brain. Mindfulness is the act of noticing when you are having an emotion or thought, in order to take a pause from it before continuing.
Now let’s say that you are in a place where this is not such a good idea. You are being watched. You are not paying attention to what’s going on around you. You are just trying to survive your present situation. You are trying to keep yourself as safe as possible, perhaps by trying to get a bit “wowed out” every so often, by pretending everything is okay.
This is essentially the same as what we call “mind games,” except that instead of pretending everything is okay, we are pretending that we are not afraid of the thing that is watching us. This is kind of like the “I just want to get off this train so I can go home” idea. Instead of pretending everything is okay, you are trying to make yourself feel less afraid of what you are not aware of.
In this case, the game is trying to get us to think less about things that are not as scary as we think they might be. And the thing that is watching us is the thing that is not really there, you.
