I was always the shy kid, but I was a bit of an extrovert as well. When I was younger, I would often feel anxious about the things I had to do. I didn’t like to talk or walk around with a huge backpack, so when I was younger I was afraid people would think I was weird. So when I started college, I started taking a class on mindfulness.
