“We are what we think & feel.
We are the ones who feel this. We are the ones who are supposed to.
And that is why a lot of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. The fact is that our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
I’ve always been a skeptic of this. For better or worse, I’ve always thought of myself as a good driver. I have a good relationship with my own senses. I’m able to quickly recognize dangerous conditions and keep myself from running off the road. I’m not particularly good at spotting problems before they happen. But all of that is really about how easily I can react.
The problem seems to be that I don’t react as fast as I should.
The solution to this problem is to be able to react to problems before they happen. To react and to react quickly, you must be able to detect problems and then act quickly and decisively. You must be able to recognize a problem before it happens.
The problem is that I’m too impatient and take things to quickly so I can’t control the consequences. The solution is to practice being patient. The key is to develop in your own mind a way of anticipating events and reacting quickly. You need to develop a habit of anticipating problems and acting quickly.
I believe this is one of the hardest practices to develop in your own mind. It takes a lot of practice and practice is the name of the game. You can take a quick look at some of my blog posts on this topic to get a sense of how the mind works.
The same way that you learn to anticipate the potential problems of being in a time loop, you also learn to predict the potential problems of being in a time loop. Think of it as a game of chess. You move your pieces around the board and then you just wait for the game to start. You have to learn to wait.
The most important part of this game of chess is the mental part. It’s not just about learning to be better at taking into account your own potential time loop problems. It’s about learning to think in a way that you can anticipate problems that might happen and then act accordingly. You have to learn to think like a person in a time loop.
