This is a good example of what I just wrote about earlier. We’re back to the idea of the question, a yes or a no question, with a question mark. The question is a yes, but the question marks are questions. I get the sense that the question is a yes, but the question marks are questions, and the answers are questions. This is a good example of meta-cognition.

Meta-cognition, the ability to know that you know that you know that you know, is a skill that most people can’t seem to master or master at all. It’s what I call the “wink-wink” skill. Basically, you know it, but you don’t know how to do it.
Meta-cognition doesn’t come easy, and most people don’t have it. It’s a skill which requires a lot of practice and practice, and some people have trouble with it at first. But you can master it.
If you’re asking yourself, “So what does this actually mean?” then you’re probably asking yourself the wrong question.
The question is “What am I aware of?” and “What am I not aware of?” The answer to the first question is “stuff you’ve done in the past,” and the answer to the second is, “stuff that doesn’t apply to you.
One of the best ways to help people learn to master meta-cognition is to look at your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions and think about how you can do them differently. As an example, if you are a person who does repetitive tasks, like working a job or doing the dishes, then you can do them in a different way. For instance, you can do them with your eyes closed.
