The Lafayette Ivy Tech project aims to provide a new way for the Lafayette community to work together. The project will consist of two major components. The first is a public open space on the corner of Washington and Lafayette for a new construction, and the second is a community garden and green space on the city sidewalk.
These two components seem to be the heart and soul of this project. The public space will be used for a new construction, and the sidewalk will be used for a community garden. The garden will provide food to the community for gardening and will also provide jobs to the city. The project will allow community members to come together in order to build something new together. The goal is to keep the community together and to not just have a bunch of individual gardeners.
The project is being spearheaded by a group of architects called the Lafayette Development Foundation and it’s basically a partnership between the city, developers, and community members. The project is being funded with a grant from the city.

The new apartments will be finished in late 2012 and will be located in the community garden. The community garden will offer shade for the apartment complex that will be constructed on the site of the former Lafayette Gardens. The apartments will have access to a community swimming pool, basketball court and tennis court. The community garden will also offer a playground, and will be connected to the apartment complex’s central park.
The community garden is a great idea, because it will connect the apartment complex and the city with a real world connection. The apartments will be near an area where the city, and the city’s residents, can easily walk to town for lunch, buy groceries, eat out, etc. The connection here also provides easy access for those who want to participate in the community garden’s activities, such as volunteer work, school or church classes, etc.
As a resident of the city and the apartments, we do get some of that convenience, but the connection to the city that will be provided by the community garden will be much more important.
This is an important distinction with the city, so we’re glad it’s been made. While the apartments will have a convenient connection to the city, we do not feel the connection to the city is necessary. Also, the connection to the community gardens will be much more important. The gardens are a great way to spend time with friends and be around others doing the same thing.
The main reason for this community garden is to connect all of the apartments in this community to the city. This will be particularly important for those with low-income housing (the apartments in the community garden will be specifically designed to help out with those with low-income housing, such as those without pets). We feel that the convenience to the city will outweigh all of the other benefits.
