Just when you think you’re out of the woods, there’s a new way to turn you on and off.
As a new member of the tech support team at ltsoft, my job is to keep the lights on and keep the techs happy. Unfortunately, things get a little too hot and humid here in the South. I have been told that if I continue to be on call, I may lose my position.

I know how to fix that. I also know that if I can’t have tech support, I don’t want to have tech support. I know the difference between having tech support and not having tech support. I also know that as long as tech support is available, I’m not going to be on call 24 hours a day. If I need tech support, I will call someone who has tech support.
