The Georgia Tech Meal Plan is a meal plan that I created a few years ago for myself. I believe it is a good way to plan a healthy, balanced meal and make eating healthier a part of your daily routine.
The idea is actually pretty simple. You feed yourself on a certain time each day, and at each meal point you pick a protein, a vegetable, and a dessert—all of which you eat together. So far, so good, but then I realized that in the summer, when I wanted to get out and run a little, I found it hard to stick with my meal plan. This is where the Georgia Tech Meal Plan came in.
Well, if you’re a college student who’s just getting back into running, then the meal plan is not going to be a big help, but it is a great idea. It is also a good idea if you’re already eating a healthy diet but want to try out a new recipe or two. To use the meal plan, just set a time each day when you can eat with a friend or family member.
Here’s the catch: the meal plan needs to be a flexible one. It is only supposed to help you stick to your diet for a certain number of days. If you want to go from eating a salad to a spinach omelet, or vice versa, you need to be able to plan ahead. You have to decide how many days you are going to be eating meals. The meal plan also has a budget.

The meal plan is very similar to a budgeting spreadsheet in that it is a tool to help you control what you eat as well as time spent eating in your schedule. It’s also similar to a to-do list in that you can assign days to meals and you can also assign each day to a specific meal.
There are other meal plans out there that can be used to set meals that are more specific and flexible than a basic meal plan. There is also the Meal Exchange system where you can trade meals with others you know in your network.
Meal exchanges are a great way to eat like a king. You can set your meals as a specific day or as a week that you can track in your calendar. There’s also the time-share meal plan where you set the number of meals you can have as well as the number of days you have to eat them. Of course, Meal Exchange also includes a wide range of meal options.
