The problem is that you have to be in a state of self-awareness in order to become aware of the feeling of self-awareness. When we’re in a state of self-awareness, we’re able to identify the feelings and thoughts that are keeping us from being in a state of self-awareness.
Self-awareness is when you can identify your thoughts and feelings and be aware of them. You don’t have to be aware of your thoughts and feelings, but when you are aware of them, it’s the first thing that you try to control. You can try to control them, or you can try to control the feelings that they cause. Self-awareness is about knowing and controlling the thoughts and feelings that are keeping you from being in a state of self-awareness.
Self-awareness means knowing your thoughts and feelings. When you are aware of them you are not thinking about them. Self-awareness is the ability to control your thoughts and feelings.
When you are aware of them, there’s an instant difference between the thoughts and feelings of “I hate myself” and “I hate my feelings”.
