If you are reading this, I am sorry, but I can’t help you. I’ve given up on this topic because I think you have to give yourself a break from the constant need to decide what to do. Yes, it’s a good thing to take care of your body, but that doesn’t mean you have to get into the “fixing” business.
If you’re like me, your body is an amazing machine that works 24/7 and is designed to get you through your day. But to me, it also works as a sort of control mechanism. That’s why I can have a full body massage once a week and still be able to write a great novel. Because I don’t have to be concerned with the constant maintenance and upkeep. I care more about the creative potential of my body than the physical and emotional state of my brain.
I can say the same about you. Youre not going to be able to write a great novel if you constantly have to take care of your body and the physical and emotional state of your brain. When I have a full body massage (or a full body scrub) I can still focus on the work I’ve been doing, and I always find that it helps me tremendously. I don’t have to worry about the constant maintenance and upkeep.
The truth is, you can have a full body massage or a full body scrub and still be on death row. In fact, you can work hard to maintain your physical body and you can work hard to maintain your emotional body.
Body maintenance is a huge part of our lives, and you can get a full body massage or a full body scrub and still find yourself in a body jail. However, most people are living in a state of constant stress and anxiety, and thus the brain cells that control our stress hormones and moods are always at work in trying to keep us from feeling totally stressed out.
It’s worth noting that many of us spend a lot of time in a state of constant stress and anxiety, and the brain cells that control our stress hormones and moods are always at work in trying to keep us from feeling totally stressed out. Also, stress and anxiety are two of the three major causes of premature death, with anxiety being the biggest, followed by cardiovascular disease and then cancer.
Stress hormones and moods are two of the three major causes of premature death, with anxiety being the biggest, followed by cardiovascular disease and then cancer.
This is all probably true. But it also means that the brain and body are two very different things. Stress hormones and moods are our body’s own set of chemicals that affect our immune system, blood pressure, heart rate, and energy levels. If we don’t have enough of them, our body will tell us that we’re stressed, and so we’ll go on a downward spiral. We can’t just say, “It’s stressful out here” and expect to stay well.
Anxiety is what happens when your body is in a state of constant stress. A large portion of our day is spent sitting on our ass waiting for the stress to pass. Anxiety is when you are in this state of constant stress. It doesnt mean that you are going crazy, it just means that you are constantly stressed. Once you do pass this state, you are supposed to get back to the point where you are in relaxation mode.
