I think that the first level of awareness, the first level of self-awareness is that of the physical body. We have to look at our physical body and feel it – that is the first level of awareness.
The second level is where we become aware of the physical world, and the third is where we become aware of ourselves. These two different levels of self-awareness are the two main areas of action in astrology.
It’s also important to note that the first two levels of self-awareness are about the physical body, and the next two levels are about your conscious mind. When you look at the horoscope you can see that the second and third levels of self-awareness are about your mind. You can’t see your mind, you have to look at the physical body to see your mind.

We have to learn to pay attention to our thoughts. If we can learn to pay attention to our thoughts, we can also learn to do the same with our actions. We need to learn how to apply the same principles to both our thoughts and actions.
