While I used to eat cookies every single day, I’ve recently decided that I need to start making them for myself. That’s right, I’m taking the cookie run challenge.
The cookie run challenge is an exercise in making homemade cookie dough. The dough is made in a large bowl and then baked on a cookie sheet. I have a few great recipes that I use to make these cookies including the super simple one below. I really like using the sugar cookie dough recipe because it’s so easy to make and you can customize the dough as much as you like.
