I’ve always been a fan of Nike’s tech fleece, but I never saw how they came to the decision of adding even more tech to the fleece. The fleece is made with a layer of soft, stretchy, spandex that gives the product a bit of stretch, but still maintains air-flow as the product is worn.

Their solution is to add some spandex, but you do have to sacrifice a bit of stretch. The product is made for the casual, everyday runner and cross-trainer, not an athlete looking to hit the gym and hit the gym hard.

I’m not sure if they’ve completely figured this out, but I can’t see the fleece being worn for long if you don’t have to pay a bunch of money for a long-sleeved shirt. And the price is right.
