All things in nature, and especially in human life, are affected by our own reactions to the day. And as we all know, our reactions to the day are affected by our previous reactions to the day, our prior day’s reactions, and our previous days reactions.
Our reactions to the day are affected by the day before that. The day before, we were dealing with a lot of emotional upset and stress. And as a result, we react too harshly to the day before.
In the days before, we had a lot of anxiety and were worried about our future. And as a result, we react to the day before in the same way that we do today. We feel stress and anxiety, we react too harshly to the day before. So we react in the same way we do today. And as a result, we’re in a state where we’re not able to have good, healthy, joyous, and happy days.
It’s like, “if we didn’t freak out, we wouldn’t be doing this.” If we didn’t freak out, we wouldn’t be reacting the way we do. We wouldn’t be having those problems, so we freak out. So when we freak out, we react to the way we react. It’s like we are in a state of stress, anxiety, and reaction. If we didn’t react the way we do, we wouldn’t be having those problems.
The problem is we constantly go from being one thing to another. Like when we stress, anxiety, or react, things change. It’s like, if we didnt react the way we do, we would not be having those problems. So when we react to the way we react, we are in a state of stress, anxiety, and reaction. If we didnt react the way we do, we would not be having those problems.
What we need to do is to notice that we are reacting and changing into this new stress, anxiety, and reaction. That is what we are doing on a day to day basis, even if we are not aware of it. The reason we have to keep on changing is that when we stay in one place our mind is limited and we can’t change. When we change, our mind is able to go out and do new things and we never know what will happen next.
That is how I feel because I am always looking for new ways to stress out. I start by thinking of things that I have to do or fix or change or make better. The more I think of the more I stress, and the more worried I get. I am always trying to fix or change things because I am always having to change something about myself and I am always having to react to things or have to do something about it.
Many of us spend our days in this way, but this is not how we should be feeling. We don’t want to be stressed out. We want to be in the moment. We want to be able to just do whatever we need to do. This is how I feel because there is always something I have to do, something I have to fix, or be in the process of doing. That’s why I try and make stuff as simple as possible.

In my book, this is all a matter of perspective. A truly enlightened person has no need to react to the world or to what happens to him or herself.
