scorpion cookie run

I just couldn’t resist the urge to do a scorpion cookie run today. The idea of a cookie run, in which you run around and eat a cookie, is something I’ve had on my mind for quite some time. This is a fun activity that I started doing in college, and I have since then come to enjoy. I like my cookies to be crunchy, salty, and fresh. They’re my go-to comfort food.

Today I ran for about 20 minutes in my home state of Florida. I had a lot of fun and I think I made some new friends along the way. I hope you enjoyed my video, and if you wanted to see a more detailed version, go to our Facebook page and click on the link in the upper right corner.

I like to run for a variety of reasons. Some of them are more physical like running a 5K or a half marathon, some of them are mental like improving my fitness, and some of them are spiritual like being able to run in my hometown or at least feel like I am in my own home.

One of my long-time goals has always been to run a 5K, but unfortunately I never got to do it until recently. That’s because, as you can see in my video, I had a bit of a disaster back in March. I mean, I was training for an hour a day, I ran the first five miles of the race, and I got sick in the bathroom. It’s a very difficult feeling to get right.

This is a common problem for most athletes, and one of the most common causes of injuries. Because mental training has to focus on a very specific goal, there’s a strong tendency to focus on running, and not on what you’re actually doing. Running is pretty hard, and it’s not like you’re “running” at all. A run is not a walk.

I can totally relate. I did one of the first races in the ultramarathon world, and for a few days after it it was a real challenge just getting my butt to the starting line. I took a lot of breaks from running, but I think I got sick because I was trying to focus on the race and not on the soreness in my butt.

Its great to get back to running and focusing on the positive. I have a lot of great running stories, the ones I remember that stick with me. But I think I got sick because of the physical activity, not the running itself.

I had a really great time and I think that part of it is that the race was just so different from what I expected. It took me a while to get my ass into the race. I didn’t know much about the ultramarathon world, but I did know that you have to run a certain distance to be considered a good runner. And if you’re not the best runner, well… you’re in luck.

To be fair, I think I really like the scorpion cookie run. It was an amazing way to test out my endurance and to run a course that was so different from anything I ever ran before. I was so excited to be running so much farther than I have ever run before and to be so exhausted by the end of it.

The race is actually a little more difficult than it sounds. The first few runs are pretty easy, but after that you have to focus on staying focused and not getting distracted by the noise and things happening around you. This is a good thing, because the more time you spend distracted, the more you’ll have to focus on staying focused. This is one of those races that I find harder than I expect it to be.
