I think I can speak for everyone when I say that I would like the tech to stay in the loop. I wouldn’t be surprised if the town council knew the tech was doing this, but I’m sure not many people in town knew it was actually the tech’s job. The tech has no idea that he is being paid by the town to keep the town in the loop. So, he has no way of knowing if the town is being invaded.

If the town council knew the tech was a thief, they would probably be pretty pissed at him, but they dont know.
