It has a lot of great flavor, and you will be surprised how good this is. You need to have a few spices in your shopping list already, but I’d suggest keeping the recipe with you and making one batch of it whenever you have the chance.
It’s not the kind of recipe you just put in a bag and forget about. It’s really easy to make if you have a few ingredients already in your stash (which you always should) and you have an almost unlimited amount of time. The only thing you will probably want to watch out for is that you may need to increase the amount of coconut milk to make the sauce last longer.
