My mother always said that when you’re a young mother (which I’m sure I am), you don’t think about the time you’ll need to take care of your family. I’m sure she was right. I’m sure that she wasn’t. I’m sure that she didn’t think about it as much as I did.

You can think about it all you want, but it doesnt seem to have been an issue for most of my parents. My mom was an only child and my dad was married with three kids, so neither of them really had time to think about their daily lives.

The thing I hate about it is that I’m not sure if thats because I have a different perspective on things, or because I don’t. I don’t think it matters. I guess what matters is that I’ve been thinking about things that are pretty important for me.

With a family in which everyone is constantly occupied, the idea of having to deal with technology while you are doing domestic tasks would make most people’s blood boil. I suppose we could argue that the problem stems from our society’s inability to make time for all of their priorities, but that doesn’t make it a bad thing. It’s just that the way we work and live in a world that doesn’t always offer “spent time” for everything we want to do.

The problem is that technology is only as good as the way we use it.
