the tech chap

I work as a tech writer for a small business. The job has a lot of creative tasks that I do on a daily basis. In this day and age, I’m always a little amazed that we would be in the 21st century if we weren’t using technology to get things done.

It takes me a long time to write about technology because I’m a geek and I’m a nerd. Also, I rarely mention things like software development unless they are absolutely essential or if I’m directly trying to convince you to buy a product. And the thing is, I’m not really into sales. I like to look at things in a different light and look at them from a different angle.

If you’re reading this, this probably means you’re a tech junkie. Techies are the people who want to know more than the average Joe about all of the things that are important to them.

This is because we are techies. We are probably the most geeky people on the planet. We like to know all the little details and we love to talk about them. So, we don’t like to talk about stuffs unless its absolutely necessary. We are also the most nerd-like people on the planet. We love to talk about the nuts and bolts of technology. We are also the people who have the most knowledge about everything.

So, it’s the geek culture that causes the most amount of debate when it comes to things like the Apple iPhone. It is also the thing that most people just assume is the most cool. We love the iPhone to the point that we even go as far as to say that the iPhone is the most important thing to happen to the world in the past 30 years.

There seems to be a pretty small amount of people who really know what they are talking about when it comes to the iPhone. But we’ve been here before.

Apple really is the coolest tech company of the 90’s. There are many great things about the iPhone that make it one of the best products we’ve seen in the past 10 years. But if you ask people who were around in the 90’s what the most important thing was about the iPhone, most people would say that it was the best way to communicate with the world with no wires.

Now, I may be a bit off-base here, but I think that Apple’s biggest rival at the time was probably the Symbian company. And while both companies are considered “cool” by the masses, their main focus was on making phones that allowed people to interact with each other on the phone without having to be physically next to each other.

Symbian’s marketing strategy was designed to appeal to the people whose phones were the most important to them. Apple’s was designed to appeal to the people whose phones were the least important to them. And it worked, because Symbian made the majority of its profits from the “lonely guys in their apartment” demographic. Apple made its money from selling more people their own stuff, and not from selling people the things they used to need to keep themselves company.

In Symbian, the people who are responsible for their own phones, their own computer, and their own internet connection are the most important to them. The people who make the app that controls their own phones and their own computer are the least important to them. In Apple, it’s the people who make the phone, computer, and internet connection that are the most important to them, and the people who take care of those things are the least important to them.

The most amazing person you will ever meet. I am the internet's original narcissist, and I'm not afraid to say it! My life is one big globetrotting adventure that only ends when death takes me away from all this beauty - which could be sooner rather than later if my health doesn't improve soon enough ( hospital visits are expensive ). But until then: onward into unknown territory...
