I think that a good idea is to use the tools that you know that you are using for the tasks that are on your to-do list. If you are a really lazy person, then you have nothing to work on, so if you are in the middle, you should still try to make the most of your time.
I think that we all need to be flexible and learn to say “no” to certain things to be able to work well. If our to-do list is getting longer and longer, the goal is to figure out how to delegate that time so that we can make the most of time with the people that matter to us.
When I first started using my to-do list and making my own plans, it was a bit of a surprise to find that I was creating a lot of tasks that I really didn’t want to do. In fact, I never even made a list of what tasks I would like to start doing, because I didn’t know what those tasks would be. In fact, I was never aware of what I was actually doing or what I wanted to accomplish.
The thing I love most about this is how the two statements are so different. I feel like when you’re making a list of things you’d like to accomplish, it doesn’t necessarily mean you want to do those things, but because it is a list of things and because you realize that you are not quite aware of what you really want to accomplish, it can be just as limiting as a list.
In the end, it is about taking the time to notice what you want to accomplish and then taking the time to figure out how to get yourself to do it.
