When I was a kid, my dad’s boss always said that “you never know what you’re going to get in life until you go find out.” He was right. I had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up. That’s when I started my search and found out I wanted to be a web developer. I still haven’t found that job, but I’m still excited to apply for the next one.
The truth is that you don’t know what you want to be until you start looking and you see what you want. I feel like that’s true of anything in life, so I have no idea what Im going to do when Im 31 years old, but I know I’m going to try and figure it out.
One of the few jobs that I have to do now is look for a job. There are of course lots of other jobs out there that I can apply for, but I just dont have the time or the skill to do them. I want to make money, but I dont want to have to work for it.
I think that one of the best jobs out there right now is the tech job. Tech jobs are jobs that you can do in your spare time, and you have to have the time to build software, fix problems, and get stuff done. Basically, you have to be able to do work that you don’t think you can do.
Tech jobs are becoming increasingly more scarce and scarce for young people. The older you get the more you realize that most of the jobs that you thought you could do (like being a bank teller, a fireman, a firefighter, and so forth) are not truly what you could do. This is especially true for younger people in the fields of technology and computer science. If I were to make an educated guess the fields that are most in demand are security, medical, and transportation.
When I was younger I thought I did have the ability to do these fields. I did enjoy the security field because I was in college during the early 1990s when the country was in a recession. I remember my sophomore year of high school it was really tough to find any positions that paid good enough and I had to spend a lot of hours doing technical homework. I never had a job in security, fireman, and firefighter because I didn’t have the ability to do it.
Now that I am older and more informed, I think I have it in me to do everything. I am currently pursuing an engineering degree. But I have to say that I was really disappointed when I found out that I couldn’t get a job as a fireman because of my age. I mean, I’m only 16 years old, not 10, but still. That’s still a huge number for a young man to be in a field when he’s still in high school.
No wonder I am a bit nervous about the future for me. I mean Ive been in a few fields (security, fireman, fire fighter) and when the time comes to do it, I am still 20 years young. But it doesnt help that I am really bad at it. I just wish I had more experience.
Like I said above, a lot of young people are in fields that are considered too dangerous for them. It’s not that they’re not good at it, but the fact is a significant percentage of young workers are in fields that are considered too dangerous for them to be in. For example, a large percentage of young workers in the construction field are in the upper level of the industry.
The problem is the construction industry is a dangerous field, but it is a field that is heavily dominated by young men. The reason is a lack of experienced, qualified workers, which leads to poor safety and unsafe work environments.
