The good news is that there is also a whole world of bad advice out there. Sure, there is a lot of “no” advice out there, but it doesn’t have to be that way. If your goal is to live a more fulfilling life, there are a number of things you can do to help yourself feel more alive, such as exercise and eat right. The rest is up to you.
The point being that there are a lot of things you can do to help you feel more alive, regardless of whether it is good advice or bad advice.
The things I like about exercise include the fact that it gets you out of your head and into your body. The point is that you dont have to always do the work to get out of your head and into your body. But if you dont have the space in your life to exercise, then you dont have to exercise.
The point is that a lot of what comes naturally to you as a person is not the best for you. The same can be said of eating right. If you dont eat right, then you dont eat right. To be more specific, you dont have to eat right every day, but you should eat right more often, like every other day.

The biggest issue I see, as an ex-health coach, is that people try to be thin and healthy. The problem is it just doesn’t work like that. I look to my own life as an example. I didn’t get fat until I was in my 40s and then I gained weight. I got a lot of the wrong messages from the food industry and the media.
Sure, there is a lot of advice out there about how to be healthy. There’s a huge amount of medical and scientific literature that discusses this. And it’s not really all that hard to find. But I have found that being healthy is a process that starts in your head and then you have to apply it to your life.
