Today, I went to triangle tube tech support to ask a question about my new Trixbox 2. I was asked to wait until they had finished some other questions and then I asked the tech support about my Trixbox 2. The tech support assistant was very responsive and not to hard to get a hold of.

It’s not that this particular tech support person is in any way unethical or bad, it’s just that they are trying to help. The only person they are trying to help is Colt. So it’s weird that they are trying to help him at all when they know that a simple password change will do their computer no good.
I think their goal is to help Colt, but he’s not the only one that needs help. If only we could all be so lucky.
